The staff were very helpful and so friendly, check in at the hotel was very efficient and easy and only a short walk to the apartment which had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and worth a trip up the cathedral bell tower for the view.

Lovely stay in Valencia old town!
Great apart-hotel. Flat is recently renovated, very nice and clean and well equipped. It’s incredibly well located (right in the centre of the old town), and just a few mins walk from the Central Market. Hotel Cosmo is also just a few mins away, and there staff there were incredibly helpful.

Absolutely superb. If you can stay here - do. If you can get the 'penthouse' apartment with the private roof terrace - do that as well! Brilliant location - about 30 seconds walk from the stunjing UNESCO World Heritage building of La Lonja, and only another few seconds onto the Central Market. The Cathedral is within a stroll of 5 mjnutes, as is the astonishing Church of San Nicolas de Bari & San Pedro Martir. The beautiful Plaza de l’Ajuntament is also less than 10 minutes by foot. There are hundreds of cafes and restaurants within easy reach, and the square immediately below the apartments is vibrant, complete with buskers, jazz dancing and several eating options. The customer service from StayingValencia was nothing short of exceptional. A minor issue that was actually outside their control was resolved very promptly and professionally. Communication was excellent and straightforward throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed - and thankfully, the air conditioning was fully functional! Highly recommended!

Great location and quiet
Amazing central location, and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. Checkin was at another hotel 3 mins walk away but didn’t need to go back to check out. Aircon worked well. Couch was very uncomfortable. Bed was a king (and very firm but we like that). Bathroom was through the bedroom (in the penthouse apartment) and very small but ok. They do a daily clean but only change towels every 3 days which is fine. Sunset from the rooftop terrace was beautiful

Centrally located well equipped apartment
The apartment was very well maintained and equipped. The location is excellent. We were able to eat at the eateries inside the market where they have specials every day. The guest relations staff particularly Tonis and Jorge were super friendly and the communication always prompt via whatsapp. The Cosmos is located very very close. The terrace was located separately from the apartment and there was too nuch wind so we were never able to use it as the unbrella could not stand the heavy wind.

Simply Amazing!
We stayed in the penthouse with the rooftop terrace and what an amazing experience! We loved it so much we continued our stay 2 times. You have to check in at a local hotel about 2 minute walk from the apartment and the staff there is absolutely fantastic! So friendly and helpful, we bothered them every morning asking if we could stay longer and they always found a way to make it work for us. As for the apartment it’s location couldn’t be better just steps away from the central market, surrounded by great food and a lively neighborhood. The bed was great and space was nice but the rooftop terrace was the best, the view of all the rooftops and church bell towers make it hard to leave. I give it a 9.5/10, the only downfalls of this property (very minor) where the bathroom is small, the ac didn’t work well but it has so many windows we just left them open and got a great breeze and the elevator has a strange smell. We will be coming back to Valencia as much as we can and when we do we will be staying at this apartment!
