The accommodation was the worst we have stayed in Australia. We had to ask for better towels. We paid the same price in country new at this same price and we are going to stay there again at the end of this week. Regards Roger Jolly

Why we were there my partner got bitten by something all over her back as I got bites over my arms legs and a few times the morning we left I found a few little bed bugs and went to the doctor's and thay said it looks like bed bug bites..

The bed inside the first room only had 3 legs and smelt bad the mattress in the next room had really bad stains. I have been in better for cheaper prices. There was a jug for hot water but no cutlery to make a coffee.

Staff were nice and parking is convenient at the location. The room itself is as you would expect from a budget hotel - just a place to sleep in and don't expect much more which is fine for the price you pay for.

The ibis Casula is so good, there is no mucking around just pay for the room no deposit only takes 5 min to book in I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for somewhere easy to stay
