The hotel is in a beautiful spot with great views. It needs to be updated and to get a real good maintenance check. It was dusty, the ducts of the air were full of stuff, the rugs were dirty, the doors and bathroom cabinets need to be repainted and/or replaced. The room felt old and musty.

at an average of $250/nite, in Mid October, on a 4 nite stay, this place was overpriced for what it was. A partial ocean view was so due to the parking lot between your balcony and ocean and the two story main building. insufficient balcony dividers between rooms really force you to close your drapes, particularly if nosey children/people next to you. Satellite TV sucks big time, as far less then 1/2 channels would tune in. Table and two chairs don't match up whatsoever, so if you eat at that round table whist seated, the table will be at your upper chest level....very oddly selected. Coffee pot is a pod type, but they don't give you the selection, thus what's the reason for a pod coffee maker, and your only choice is a very very weak "medium roast". Head to a nearby coffee shop! Parking is a challenge, even in mid October on weekends. ADVICE - upgrade to another hotel, or check out other rooms closer to water.

Lovely setting and convenient to the beach and good restaurants.

Loved it!! They were so nice and friendly. We loved our room, pool, hot tub, sauna. I will go back again.
