Loads of space and great accommodation
We were amazed by the apartment. The apartment block is a lovely old building and our apartment was huge - and the same price as a poky little studio in the centre of Dunedin! Despite being an old building, and retaining a lot of character inside, the apartment was furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The manager (brand new to the building but with heaps of "hotel" experience, was very friendly and helpful. Undercover garaging was a very welcome bonus :)

Comfy bedroom. Bathrooms a bit spartan. Would prefer a TV In the bedroom as a solo traveller. Road side of the building best for sun. Sea side can be gloomy. Thought I had requested west but did not get it which was irksome. Otherwise it’s good value and close to nice cafes and bar/restaurant.
