We couldn’t ask for more!
Genuinely, this hotel is brilliant. The service throughout is 5*. The room was lovely, it was so clean and the cleaning daily was as if we were new guests. The rooms are so cosy and so quiet which is incredible seeing as how close you are to the hustle and bustle of Times Square. There is practically no footfall noise from neighbours and rarely hear people around you. The bathroom is prefect, the shower was lovely. Room service was punctual, professional and lovely and fresh, all food was brilliant. A slight hiccup on one of the orders were rectified immediately. The security staff were always so welcoming when we got back to the hotel, the reception team were always very friendly. Being from the UK, the fees you’re warned of can seem confusing and daunting but the staff were always so transparent and helpful. There was no experience of “staff expecting tips” as I had previously read, they were all just happy to help, kind and caring. The location couldn’t be better, you walk out the door and are immediately in the middle of the city, something you forget from the tranquil room. I genuinely can’t fault anything with regards to the hotel, everything was effortless. I must also add that we arrived a bit early, this wasn’t an issue and we were seen to without hesitation. I unfortunately can’t recall his name, but there was one specific security gent who was super happy, super helpful, and made it from the minute we arrived, a positive and seamless process, just THANKYOU!
