Even in Lockdown, what a paradise!
My girlfriend and I had bad luck just before our trip to Ribeirão Preto since it was announced the night before that the city was going into lockdown the entire time we would be there. Despite this, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to make sure our stay (to celebrate our anniversary) was truly unforgettable. Although the pools and restaurants were closed, we were still able to walk the beautiful property, hand in hand, and we absolutely cannot wait to return. The Royal Tulip JP Ribeirão Preto is absolutely our resort of choice in Interior São Paulo!

Ótimo Hotel/Resort, mas tiveram um descuido comigo
Hospedei-me para apenas uma diária para ir no João Rock. O hotel/resort é muito bonito, tem ótima infraestrutura, quartos bons, café da manhã variado e de qualidade etc, e nada disso é de graça, claro, está no preço. Por ser um lugar assim, especial, você espera ser tratado da mesma forma, chegando no hotel, fiz um pedido singelo já na Recepção, um pouco de água quente para eu fazer um chá, fui prontamente atendido pelo funcionário que me disse que acionaria a Copa e água viria num bule assim que chegasse no quarto. Fui calmamente estacionar o carro, tirar as malas, entro no quarto, espero meia hora já no quarto e nada. Ligo na Recepção, outra pessoa aparentemente que atende e disse que ia ver o que tinha acontecido. Mais alguns minutos, chega o bule, vou feliz colocar a água no copo e... a água está suja, alguns pedaços brancos estão na água, aparentemente, colocaram a água limpa em um bule sujo (aparentemente anteriormente havia leite naquele bule), descuido um tanto quanto básico. Fui na Recepção com o bule e o copo com água suja e mostrei para um dos recepcionistas, me surpreendeu mais ainda que ele se limitou a só responder: "Tá bom, vou avisar lá". Não teve um pedido de desculpa ou lamento, só isso. Diante disso, só informei que não precisava mais da água. E seguindo o exemplo do atendimento, "vou avisar lá" os outros viajantes.
