4/10 Fair

The waterpark was the main attraction, however badly needs updated. The rooms were filthy, the accommodation and amenities were just non existent. I understand the hotel was understaffed, however for what I paid, I am so unimpressed. There was bloodstains on the sheets to one of our beds, and I was never provided with a clean set. The room itself was also dirty and dust filled. My son and I both had triggered allergies the next morning. There was no soaps or hand towels. The front desk said they had no housekeeping staff, and the soaps were on backorder. I paid for a suite, and was placed in a double queen, right off the cafe and lobby. The noise from the main lobby went on until well after 10 pm, and it was very hard to get rest after a long day. We will not be back here again.

Poor service / not provided linens for number in room and kept calling offering to get self waited hour no show/ facilities gone down hill. Visited few years ago fabulous-hotel condition declined. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Indoor water park nice, however due to poor ventilation our family could only tolerate a couple hours at a time. Chlorine burned eyes and throat. Never any pool towels for use. Definitely needs some renovation in the pool area Limited dining on site. They had no tomatoes/avocado for a veggie sub. Also ordered pizza delivery to room along with 2 salads. Food came with no dressing, utensils or napkins after waiting over 80 minutes to be delivered. TV in room was unwatchable. Was told they would have maintenance look at it the next day, they never arrived. The Honey Pot that carries sweet novelties had more empty icecream containers to choose from than they did full. No vanila icecream! For the amount of money spent for a weekend getaway, I would NOT recommend this place. It was extremely disappointing.

It was horrible. I booked for 6 people and I was only given 1 towel. The over all carpeting was very dirty. I overheard one of the employees say that the carpet has not been cleaned for about a year.
