    Weekend Staycation

    We stayed for a weekend getaway with our teen boys. The rooms appeared updated and well cleaned. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of doordash and delivery options for food and tons of restaurants with in walking distance. The double queen room 203 was small so if your kids don't share a bed well i would look into 2 rooms. We would stay again for a weekend getaway.

    Everything was great. Times, service, overall cleanliness. The only ONE thing was the cleanliness look of the hot tub. It looked a bit questionable to me in that department. But would definitely stay again. Location was perfect.

    We booked 3 rooms and the desk clerk made sure they were next to each other.. He was polite and professional.. As soon as I walked in I smelled horrible air freshener.. it smelled like this strong artificial smell everywhere in the place... gave me a terrible headache and our clothes smelled like it when we left.. as for the rooms.. first impression was good.. the beds were very poorly made and the bedskirts were dirty.. sheets and other bedding was clean.. rooms in general were ok.. one room had a fridge with old take out from another guest.. the ac in 2 of the rooms didn’t work well and mine was plain noisy.. only other comment is that it didn’t feel safe..I prefer hotels for the added safety of a front desk.. but a back door was propped open for anyone to come in..... there was a 3rd floor window by the elevator that was wide open w no screen or safety bars covering it.. last but not least the elevator was just scary.. my 83 year old mom was getting in and it started to close..it hit her arm and didn’t open back up.. my daughter pulled her in... overall waste of my money

    Not a good hotel!

    The front service is not friendly when we check in, no housekeeping, the room is too small for the family not worth the price. The bed and pillows are not comfortable we check out early coz our neck are hurting so bad and my husband can’t get a good sleep. The room is non smoking but it smells smoke inside.
