Great location which near witches Market and the church. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Service response rate is quick on fixing the hairdryer. Helped us arranging laundry pick up and drop off with a local laundry store.

The service can definitely be improved - laundry: missed 2 pieces of clothing and no response until I chase for it; arranging taxi to airport: booked with receptionist while I checked in and found out that nothing had been booked yet when I tried to make sure the booking is confirmed

Excellent stay in la Casona. Staff were very attentive and professional and the location was very central in La Paz. Wifi very good and overall we were very impressed by the colonial style oasis in the hectic and bustling centre of La Paz. Breakfast is also very good with lots of options. I thoroughly recommend for the very pleasant staff and an ideal location to discover la Paz.

Haven of peace in La Paz!
The staff were extremely attentive and professional at all times. The location of this hotel is ideal and the architecture and décor is very pleasant. Overall, this made our stay very pleasurable, particularly in the middle of a bustling and hectic city like La Paz. Wifi worked well and rooms large and comfortable. A very good address for La Paz. Highly recommended.
