Bait and switch
Be prepared if you book this property- you are in an apartment bldg! The pool is blocks away- and you pay an additional fee! We never even saw it! The marketing on presents it like it is a part of your stay, in your building! No where does it tell you-you have to Uber to get there! You have no maid service- you get a towel for the number of people you have and you wash it if you want it clean again for your stay!!! Even though you are paying for luxury accommodations! If your bed is made, you make it! The bed is extremely uncomfortable and makes noise every time you move and is a full size- not even a queen!! Spend your money wisely and go to a hotel! This was nothing but a bad experience! The front desk people are nice but of course - they know nothing!!!

Spacious bedroom and living room. Location was good, short walk to the train and across the street from the Charles, along which we could take nice walks. Unfortunately, was stay was spoiled by the horrible smell inside the apartment. It smelled liked something was rotten or that the sewer was leaking inside the structure of the building. Maintenance came twice but could not figure out the source of the smell. They could not move us bc apparently all other units were occupied which was very disappointing to us. At some point during our stay the smell went away for 1 day, but then came back. We used a lot of fabreeze to make it through. Other problems were the lack of curtains on the windows making the mornings very bright and the squeaky bed. I would not recommend this place for a vacation or any stay.

Great quiet condo stay
It was great to stretch out in a condo instead of a hotel room! The location was fairly quiet (except for the odd medivac helicopter, since this is right behind Mass Gen). Easy check in/check out, short walk to Beacon Hill shops/restaurants, close to the T. I’d definitely stay here again next time i’m in Boston. Doesn’t have the full service of a hotel (room service, etc) but that’s totally fine for me, it feels more like living in an apartment, which I like.

Our stay here was nothing less then perfect. It was pleasent and enjoyable. We especially loved how clean and comfortable the apartment was. If we requested anything it was there within minutes.The location is great! Would love to visit here again in our future stays in Boston.

Spacious apartment convenient
On arrival there was a bit of confusion at reception about where the keys should be , but they were found in the draw at reception. Meanwhile as I was booking in my partner had one of the tasty little treats from the jar at the reception desk, but they were intended for the dogs in the apartments!!! Shock horror, there are no signs on the sweets jar sitting on the desk !!! These treats looked like little cereal pods or chocolate pillows I pointed this out to the reception person, seemed very disinterested and made no excuse for this . We stayed 3 nights and at no time was there a sign put near the jar stating these were not for human consumption but dog treats. We were very disappointed with the response! Also I don’t think when you are leaving an apartment that taking out rubbish should be part of the rental, this is part of the cleaning. I didn’t give a 5 for cleanliness as the stove and exhaust fan were greasy and a couple of very cracked leaking mugs.

Room for Improvement
Across the street from MGH, and close to shuttle to Harvard, so good for my business trip. Furnishings in unit like staying in an IKEA vignette. Noisy bed frame (squeaky), Living Room TV not working - remote control broken, no batteries, no way to make it work. Glass coffee table and glass dining room table, clean on top, splotchy on bottoms, bad look. Window blinds in disrepair. Info booklet, instructions for how to operate TV could be helpful, not all cable/satellite/ wireless systems similar enough as to make if obvious how to operate. For the price, advertised as "luxury", expected better. Would probably not choose this option again.
