Dont arrive on a sunday.
Arrived on sunday. Dont arrive on sunday. Hotel restaurant open until 2000, last order 1930. Only one restaurant open, the better one closed on sundays. The main bar closed on sundays. We were planning a celebration but had to take our party (and money) to an outside restaurant as we did not plan to stop at 2000. Also the breakfast buffet was very limited, not at all to 5 star american hotel standards. More like a 3 star country hotel in Europe. The staff though were very helpful and friendly.

We left the hotel because lack of minimum quality
The quality of the hotel was pretty bad, is very old and looks like they are not trying to improve anything. The room was small and the condition of the facilities were really bad. The breakfast was not good at all, the minimum cleanliness we expected (even more because of Covid-19) was not reached. After one night and less than 18 hours in the hotel we decided to leave it and find something better (no matter our reservation didn’t allow us to get a reimbursement). For sure a hotel we don’t want to visit again ever!

Spacious Room, Amazing stay.
The hotel was relatively new so it was still in pristine condition. Starting off with the front desk: walked in the hotel, a lady came to me and led me to check in, very friendly, service was excellent, well mannered and quick check in no fuss. Went to swim, need to book the pool first as they limit people in there nowadays. Kudos to the people working at the pool area, they saw me coming offered to help me in setting up my cabana with towels right away, and also served water and a new mask. Next day had breakfast at palm court outdoor area, service was relatively prompt as the buffet is now closed and we had to order ala carte from a menu. One thing to note tho, the breakfast was just ok and most stuff were ready made so not the most fresh or hot when it came ( other than omelette ). It is also halal so no pork in the menu. In room breakfast is available too. The room was spacious, well designed, and clean.The spa is still closed but gym and pool were opened. Would recommend this hotel if you are really looking to just chill in the hotel and room ( alto restaurant recommended ) as there are no malls in the nearby vicinity. Bed was medium hard to soft, there was a pillow menu to choose from. Love that the bedroom bathroom and living room are connected thru a door so if you are looking to rest and your partner wishes to watch tv or take a bath, you will not be disturbed.
