Picton overnight.
Property is pleasant enough. It could do with some work on it though. Suited to young backpackers probably. We had an overnight stay as we were catching the ferry to Wellington.

Room was not clean - very dusty, dead insects, shower had used soap bar and someone else's hair, marks/stains on bedding (bedding also smelt musty). The shower was so disgusting! The drain was blocked with hair etc that it unusable, the water wasn’t able to drain so created a flood. Room was very damp and noisy. Very disappointed. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone. 0 stars.
