Booked through Expedia but on arrival there was no booking for us. We were given a room and paid one night by credit card. The next day a staff member said we had an online booking and we needed to pay more. I reminded the hotel that we had informed them the day before about this and he agreed to give us the room for less than the Expedia rate. It is an older hotel but in a location near a big park and close to the subway.
