good stay bad booking site
unfortunately the booking again was not appear with the hotel for the 2nd time im booking through hotel.com.im lucky i got a room with them.i advice for good not to make booking through this site,and can use any other for exmp : booking or agoda. last time happened to me in india and the hotel said we are not dealing with hotel.com,,,i asked hotel.com to return my cash back which they received from me by credit card but no response from them.
