A great place to stay - if.
Staff were very good. Air-conditioner difficult to use. Front door rattled and toilet paper was thinnest & worst I have ever struck. Motel is well situated and apart from these minor problems was comfortable. Bed was good.

Good stay, would go back.
We travelled with our 3 month old and another couple and we were overall very pleased with the hotel. We liked that, even though our room was on the 2nd floor, we had step free access to it with the pram. Staff was lovely too. The only thing we weren't crazy about was breakfast - seemed like way too little for the price. A baby bath + change table would've been a nice touch. Similar calibre hotels have offered them elsewhere.

The Hilton Motel was fine when we stayed on Thurs 19 December which is the night we booked. We were advised by the Hilton Motel on Thursday evening 26 December that we had a booking for that night, had not arrived and that our account had been charged $153 for that night.We had NOT booked for Thurs 26 Dec and object strongly that Wotif had made the booking for us. We had inquired re the price for 26 Dec but did NOT make a booking. We request that Wotif refund us the amount charged for Thurs 26 December.
