Highly recommend. Great location and service.
The owners were lovely and helpful. Our room was very clean. Location was great, only a short, easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Staff incredibly friendly and happy to help. Living area a little small for a family - but you don't spend lots of time in your room in Queenstown anyway!

Clean and comfortable, convenient for holidays. The street was noisy though, lots of traffic. And there was a dog barking at times in the room next door. So I’d just say it was good enough and convenient but not sure I’ll go back. I may try somewhere else next time.

I really liked it when the check-in clerk carried my suitcase to the room. There were a lot of stairs and it was nice to have the help.
