Poor response after emergency complaint
Number of disappointing issues: No hot water during stay Unit door was jamming so extremely difficult to open and close Shutters did not fully block out night lights outside Extremely loud noise from road construction outside until 3.30am Contacted the after hours number only to be told “oh sorry but we are not told when the roads works will occur” The owners only need to register with the council to get updates of works schedules. The owners did not respond when I mention there was no hot water.

Pros was it had a pool and easy access to everything. Bad this was slipped over in the shower because they don’t how to clean it up properly. And was having random people trying to open our door all hours of the night. And there was mould and dust everywhere.
