Disappointing stay
The cabin itself was ok, however there is zero soundproofing and we could hear both a cycling group and a young family through the adjoining walls - no privacy. We also had an issue regarding the security gate. We tried to leave at 8.30am and our swipe card wouldn’t work to open the gate. No one at reception or answering the phone number on the door with multiple attempts. We had to borrow a card from another guest in the end and it took almost 20mins to get out so then we were worried about missing our Milford Sound Cruise. Disappointing response from staff when they were informed of the issue later about how unacceptable it was they couldn’t be contacted, just gave a new security card. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The lady that works here is extremely rude for no reason. She should not be working in customer service if she doesn’t have the patience to. Although the amenities were nice and clean. Wifi also doesn’t really work. Stay somewhere else!

Lovely clean place
Lovely, clean. Very simple but enjoyable. Shared Bathroom and toilet seemed brand new. really enjoyed the stay and had a great night's sleep.

We were happy with the accomodation. Well kept, clean, ok location. Extremely unhappy about our neighbours who were up late making all sorts of noise despite there being written in the hotel guide that noise should be minimised by 10pm. We have young children who thankfully slept through all of that racket. Disappointed that nothing was done about this by the holiday park staff.
