My comments are neutral. We booked from the driveway and lady told me I should have booked directly. She conceded that she couldn’t match rate for two rooms. We arrived 8pm (?) Chef was leaving so too late for dinner but she phoned Chinese restaurant and they stayed open so we could grab dinner, everything but pub was closed. I asked about spa usage and advised family could use but it was cold, pump button pushed in permanently and outlet was ion wonky fence. It looked like an electrocution waiting to happen, we passed even though we were looking forward to it. Rooms were basic but beds comfortable. We booked this as opposed to driving to Gundagai so girls could have spa after tiring trip.

We had a contactless checkin which went smoothly. We have stayed several times- always clean. Has microwave and some dishes which is handy. Bed comfortable.

Had called a few weeks earlier to transfer booking from last night to 28Th Feb. Receptionist said that she noted my call but I would need to notify Expedia. Went to Expedia website made change (and printed acknowledgement) Called last night to say that they were expecting us and that they has not received any notification from Expedia. My hardcopy is in Melbourne and we are in Newcastle
