Booked in advance the day of check in I ring up to confirm booking and they had rejected the booking with no contact whatsoever. The man who answered the phone was rude. Glad we did not stay does not sound like a hospitable environment.

Might want to check they actually have a room...
Very disappointed - got a call to say they were over booked (even though I was able to book and pay) Got told they have booked me to another motel - one with very poor ratings that was half the price I paid for this room. No offer to reimburse me. So I spent the night somewhere I would never have booked myself for twice the price.
