Quiet refuge in a busy wine district.
Spur of the moment decision to stay in the Hunter Valley on the way home to Sydney after 2 weeks in the Outback. We’ve stayed in plenty of HV resorts and Grange tips them all fir comfort, quietness and facilities. The breakfast was superb and homey touches of fresh cakes were really appreciated. We’ll return.

We had a wonderful stay which was peaceful and relaxing. Chris and Ken had some wonderful personal touches of homemade afternoon tea and fresh baked muffins for breakfast. They were so helpful and welcoming including making helpful suggestions for dinner reservations. Their care and attention to detail were exceptional. We would highly recommend The Grange.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grange. The accommodation was very comfortable and the owners extremely welcoming. Our only quibble was the amount of light coming through the Venetian blinds. The other window had suitable blackout.

We stayed in a private self contained guest room with our own private entrance. The room was immaculate, with a huge comfy bed, spa bath and kitchenette. Breakfast was supplied in the room and also fresh delicious muffins delivered to the room each morning. Yum! Owners were very friendly and welcoming along with Labrador Zena.
