Not what we paid for!
Unfortunately we arrived and the management had no record of us coming.
The booked Holiday Flat with kitchenette and private bathroom is permanently let and while showing is not available.
They did rush around and made a much smaller unit with no bathroom available.
WiFi didn't connect during stay.
Unable to refund the difference as we had prepaid the dearer amount to Hotels.com so we are out of pocket.
While they were extremely upset they also said this is not the first time this has happened so the website needs to be changed as I am sure others will look at the very nice web photo and book the Holiday Flat.
Lucky we also had a prepared dinner with us as it is about 15kms round trip to the nearest town and by the time we arrived the shops were closed.
