Too far, got sick, overcharged for laundry
Hotel itself is fine but we think the food made us sick and the laundry charges were absurd. They charged us 75 EURO for laundry when the pricing for everything else in the room is listed in Turkish Lira. An obvious ploy to rip people off. Also too far from the airport. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend to others.

Great property, weak staff
Overall I would recommend the hotel. The property is quite new, rooms are large and very comfortable, and the beach is perfect. The hotel’s greatest weakness is its staff, both in the reception and the restaurants. We asked the concierge whether Bodrum castle was open, but we were not given precise and up to date information—they told us the castle was closed, but the castle staff said they were open, and when we visited we found out only very limited sections were open. If the concierge explained the situation we would have planned our day differently. On the dining side, we thought the waitstaff was very polite but at times they were no where to be found. On multiple occasions half a dozen waiters were just chatting among themselves when they could have attended to tables. On a related note, beach service was almost didn’t exist. Waiters came to see if we would like something no more than twice during the entire day. Finally, for some bizarre reason the hotel had an advertisement shooting for an entire day one day. The film crew literally occupied the entire lobby, the pool, and both decks. I am not sure why they chose high season, but the management did not even communicate that the situation in advance. The crew literally blocked the staircase to the restaurant and the exists to the beach, and we had to push our way through them. When we complained, we were told by the reception that it was not their fault, which was a bizarre excuse to hear.
