Higher end hotel with a great location
This is an upscale hotel In Florence. Fantastic location near many sites and a short taxi ride from the train station. You could walk but dragging luggage down the streets would not be fun. The hotel is very nice and modern. The breakfast had to be one of the best we have ever had anywhere. Really Amazing! Staff was nice. Not the most helpful but also not the least helpful. They were not rude or anything. Just ok. But nothing so negative that I wouldn’t stay again. Everything is really so good in terms of location and the breakfast it was really great overall.

Amazing stay
Truly an amazing place to stay. I enjoyed everything about this place. Don’t waist your time looking anywhere else and just choose here. It was only two minutes from the Duomo and close to everything else. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. And really enjoyed the comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast was good and quick. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Comfortable, quiet, and a great location!
Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The room was quiet, very clean, and well-appointed. Little luxuries like slippers and bathrobes were included. Great water pressure (always a hit or miss in Europe), and best of all, a comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay here again.
