Very happy staying in a deluxe panorama view of the valley. Swimming, spa, sauna and public rooms very clean. Breakfast was excellent with choices. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommend highly.

A room with a view!
The hotel has wonderful views over the town but is only a 10 minutes downhill walk to the shops/ restaurants/park on the promenade. Our deluxe room was well appointed and swimming towels/slippers were provided in the room so you could take the lift straight down to the refreshing swimming pool. Breakfast was generous with a range of both hot and cold foods available. Parking is plentiful underground for a reasonable nightly price. The staff are very helpful and most speak english. An added bonus for guests is the supply of a voucher for free train and bus travel in the region during your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay exploring this area of the black forest by train and car (free parking at the station and the first 30 minutes free in the plentiful off road town parking). The only downside to the hotel is the lack of air conditioning or room fans but we knew this before we booked and took along our own hand held fans. We highly recommend this hotel for people wishing to explore the area from a very comfortable base and it is only around 90 minutes from Stuttgart Airport.

L’hôtel ne devrait pas avoir le nom de Panorama. On est loin de la vue panoramique. L’hôtel n’est, selon moi, pas assez haut. Un peu déçu du restaurant qui propose une toute petite carte. Cela n’encourage pas à manger plusieurs soirs. Après une fois, vous avez fait le tour. Je trouve l’hôtel un peu vieillot. C’est dommage. L’hôtel est propre. Par contre, il est difficile de faire respecter les principes d’hygiènes liés au COVID pendant le petit-déjeuner. Pas d’espacement des tables. Pas de service au pain, là où tout le monde touche avec ses mains pour couper le pain (et ce malgré les gants que l’hôtel a mis à disposition). Ce n’est pas un mauvais hôtel, mais un peu cher pour ce que c’est.
