The fact is the hotel is more than perfect! 4 stars hotel with a decent size rooms. Clean and tidy. Walking destine to the heart of Kuala Lumper, Pavilion shopping centre, Petronas Twin Towers and Menara Tower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can highlight is the breakfast buffet need to include extra variety suits non Asian eaters. So, thank you again for the warm hospitality. E.Moannes

Stayed here 10 times since the hotel opened 3 years ago. This is clearly the best hotel that I have stayed in during a visit to Kuala Lumpur. I would not want to stay anywhere else. The staff are absolutely amazing … from the General Manager down to the front line staff. They ALL make you feel very welcome. Home from home. Accommodation is excellent. Facilities are excellent. Pool area is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Room service is excellent. Location of hotel is very convenient. So, as you can see, I am a great fan of this hotel and thoroughly recommend it if you are visiting KL for a few days or even a longer stay. THANK YOU MERCURE!!

EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF WAS WONDERFUL ,SO HELPFUL AND NICE. THE ROOM WAS QUIET AND THE POWER SHOWER A PLUS. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF CHOICE TO SUIT ALL TASTES.
