Gorgeous architectural gem with a fantastic location but service and amenities fall short. While lavish looking, the rooms and amenities are dated. Old hair driers, telephones that are crackly, TVs that have no wireless connectivity. The gym is quite nice (mostly new Technogym equipment). The room service is fairly quite and well done. Would not count too much on the service which is very hit and miss. Lounge is brilliant for afternoon tea.

Doesn't worth the paid amount per night. We found used bottle of water in the refrigerator. No foods variety. Very small outdoor seating area and they called it cafe! No swimming pool!
