Nice spot. Close to some mayor attractions in London. Easy access to the several public transportations compensates the distance from Westminster. The room is very basic. Some places offer a bit more amenities, but overall the hotel served its purpose. The breakfast was delicious!!

The hotel was located very close to the Tower of London with easy access to the subway. This was the biggest upside. Our room itself was located on the bottom floor right next to an alley. The windows were permanently tinted which gave it a bunker feel. We had a family room that was of good size. The nearby train was quite noisy and disturbed the sleep. Also different utility work in the alley at early hours was disturbing. Room did not have fridge or security box. We only got one hand towel for 4 people, and no glasses in the bathroom. When asking for glasses we were met with scepticism. The carpets in the corridors looked like they were rarely cleaned. You can stay at this hotel for the price and location, but don't expect any greater experience than a place to sleep.

Great value for the convenience, closeness to the Tower, location, and breakfast. However, the lady rolled her eyes at us during breakfast. Also the shower was kind of high and glass shower door blocked halfway and water sprayed everywhere. Check-in was easy and friendly reception.

The hotel was ok. It's in a central location, close to public transit. Our room had a weird smell which I spoke to the staff about. They cleaned it, however the smell still lingered lightly. The hair dryer didn't work well, however I didn't request a new/different one because I wasn't sure if the replacement would be just the same. The breakfast selection was really good and the food was delicious.
