The rooms were clean and comfortable. It served the purpose of stay perfectly. The social club on the ground floor has a pub, restaurant, pool, darts, karaoki, etc. As the accommodation is situated above the club which is active till late, noise from the club can be heard.

Accommodation in Rotorua CBD at a good price
I thought this was good value for the price. It's easy walking distance to Eat Street and other amenities in the center. Visitors have the option to use club facilities or not. The shower in the room was modern. I had trouble accessing the free WIFI, but not sure of the cause. Room had SKY TV which increased viewing options. We appreciated the free on-site parking. Good security was provided to the rooms.
