The staff were excellent. Restaurant staff Nhi, Nhuy, Hue, My, Thuy were so so accommodating and patient. Reception staff were also very attentive. Spa staff wonderful and very relaxing massages. Food is excellent with a variety of choices from Asian to western. Drinks and choice of drinks were great too. A very very calm and relaxing stay. Very little outside of the hotel but a great choice for a short, relaxing, calm and peaceful retreat of serene views and a getaway for calmness and relaxation.

Nice, quiet place to stay in. Da Nang. A little away from stores and restaurants but easy taxi ride or short walk to the business district.
