Exceptional
Went here last weekend with my family. We went there 4 hours earlier than check in time, and we were happy to have used the pool while waiting (tho the water was really cold to swim in) and checked in an hour earlier. Everything was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I think needs to be worked on is the cleanliness of the carpet on the alley, it was dirty on the 6th floor, otherwise, everything was perfect. My son loved our stay and so I would definitely book again here!

There were cracks on the walls of our room. Wooden flooring was squeeking. At times no hot water. Location is good, parking was not a problem. Food was okay. Gym was good.

We reserved for 2 rooms here and each room is supposedly good for 4 person but a room's bed is only comfortable for 2person, because of its small sized bed, it's just food that we add for extra beds that's why we somehow have slept comfortably..no bidet, towels looks so overused, exhaust fan in our room's cr is not working..one of the reason why we chose this hotel is because of their pool, but sadly, our children were'nt able to use it because it has no heater..

The room was very hot. We opened our windows to sleep at night but was still very hot. No air conditioning and the fan was set that it could not be reset to make the room cooler. The towels were very old and the robe was torn.

hotel had seen better days. the exteriors looks great. did not even bother to take pictures of the room. carpet in the room corridors are filthy. rest rooms have no bidet. no fridge for food. breakfast spread was also disappointing. i have seen better spread from other hotels of the same level and price range.
