New favorite suite in Wilmington
Nice hotel. Very clean. Room was decorated well and very nicely made up. Clean bathrooms. Shower was wonderful and hot with nice amenities. Bed was comfortable and spacious. The surrounding area was quiet but with many options.

Springhill is it a Hotel or a Motel?
We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel, not sure whether to call it a motel or a hotel. The room itself was nice and in a good location. The front desk was accommodating, but less than friendly. However, it would have been best if the hotel had been upfront on its website and made it clear that the kitchen and room service were unavailable as well as maid service! Our trash can in the room was full after the 2nd day and we were advised to just leave it outside the door or our room, rather than someone coming to empty it. The trash stayed outside our door until about an hour before we checked out. Next time we stay in Wilmington we'll likely seek another hotel.

I was visiting Wilmington on a overnight trip to bring my sister her Christmas gifts. The staff was very friendly and nice. The suite was very beautiful and clean, it was a very peaceful stay. Im originally from Wilmington when i come to visit again i would definitely stay here.

Surprise visit to family!
The bathroom in our suite was the largest I have ever seen and the shower was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and nice. We will return in the near future!.
