We picked this hotel because they had an airport shuttle. We didn't find out that they didn't until we were checking in. Te words "Airport shuttle" should be removed from any and all information about this Residence Inn.

Great place to stay.
Overall it was a very nice stay. Dogs are welcome and it was easy to get to the water park. I did not like the fact thatvthe waterpark hot tub was the only option though as it is full of kids. Laundry room apparently needs a maintenance person because majority of machines dont work. Staff was very attentive and helpfull.

Called the hotel from a grocery store to see if my room had a oven in it because I was going to buy some frozen pizzas for my family. The man working there said he believed there was and if there wasn’t they had a oven downstairs and said they would cook it for me. There wasn’t a oven in my room and they refused to cook it for me which pissed me off

Probably last trip to Watiki for awhile
We came here specifically to go to Watiki. This hotel in particular has always been very nice and I love it. We didn't really have any issues, aside from our bedroom curtains not quite closing and one of the lights kept flickering when turned on. My husband did notice the night before we checked out that the bathroom water was extremely salty, only when turned to cold. Water from the kitchen area tasted fine. Getting tickets to the water park is now a bit too complex for my liking, and far too expensive in my opinion. Especially for the winter hours. The hotel employees were very helpful but even they were having issues understanding the system and I don't blame them. It's now oversimplified to the point of being too complex. The hotel breakfast area is... interesting. You need to have shoes on "in case you step on broken glass or someone steps on your toes" according to one of their kitchen workers. Just very strange as I expected it to feel a bit more like home, you know, and be able to be comfy while I eat breakfast. Breakfast offerings were okay, I would have liked omelets/eggs without peppers in them and sausage not on a biscuit sandwich. Overall though, this is a great hotel if you're traveling with kids and want/need to budget your meals out. You have a kitchen area to prepare food instead of eating out all the time.
