Clean, eco-friendly hotel
This hotel is an eco-friendly hotel which prides itself on saving energy with features such as water conservation. There is a master switch for the room that shuts off all power in the room excluding the refrigerator and bed side lights so when you leave the room you can conserve energy. Not only do these hotel rooms have a refrigerator, they have a full kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and Keurig with an assortment of coffee and tea. They also provide dishes to usesuch as cups, bowls and plates. The closet is large and contains ano ironing board, iron and safe. There is plenty of storage if needed for long term stays. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice desk to sit down at. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spectacular. The shower has plenty of space (for one or two) and provides an oversized square shower head. No bath tub for those who like to take a bath. The location is off the beaten path but still very near the hustle and bustle. About a block away is a dunkin donuts and a liquor store. We purchased the city pass and visited the aquarium, Skywalk observatory and science museum during our stay and thought the distance to each from the hotel was great. There is off street parking available for $25 a day through the hotel, as well as street parking. Street parking is free for the rest of the weekend after 8:30pm on Saturday. The staff were encountered at the front desk were both helpful and friendly. Great experience!

Great stay at Seaport District
Great hotel and we found it a very good price. The facilities are great, super clean and the personnel is really kind and courteous. We found it really well located (Seaport District) with good options to get around. It is not exactly in the middle of the majority of most visited places but you can use public transportation to move around. For us it was the "T" with World Trade Center station less than 5 blocks (0.5mile) from the building but you can take the bus (Summer St @ D St) or walk to Broadway station (0.9mile) as well. You can get to any place from there catching the silver line at WTC. The silver line (SL1) is free from the Airport to South Station so you can just take it to World Trade Ctr and walk to this great hotel. You can find great places to eat in the area and if you're in a business trip this is a great place to stay as it is close to the Convention and Exhibition Center and the Financial area. Our room was standard and it was awesome. Good space, great bed, clean and well equipped with a small kitchenette. They offer a fairly good complementary breakfast and free wifi with a decent connection. Laundry room, fitness center, pool and small food store as well.

Very good 8.0
Decent hotel, poor location, not business friendly
I stayed here for a week for business and booked this place because it was located by the Boston Convention Center, where most of my work meetings were. It has a nice large open lobby area with coffee 24/7 and a nice outdoor patio that doesn't looking out to any nice view or anything but it's a good space if you just wanted to grab a snack and catch some fresh air. Now for the hotel room floors. The hallways and rooms feel like a college dorm. Pretty basic, no character. But the place is new so it's pretty clean and the cleaning crew did a good job whenever I opted for room service. Because of the location of the hotel, none of the rooms have a good view of anything. There is no restaurant in the hotel and what's even more disappointing is that there is NO restaurant anywhere nearby within a few blocks radius. There's a little restaurant/bar inside the hotel across the street, which is owned by the same group but the food there is just horrible! The menu is limited and my food items all came out cold. If you don't mind taking a longer walk out to more vibrant parts of the city or taking a cab out every time you want a meal, then this hotel is fine. But I came on business with not a lot of time to be hunting for food (or even a bar) and was thoroughly disappointed in that regard. They did however serve a decent buffet breakfast every morning, which I do give them credit for. Other than that, the staff members were all very pleasant. The gym was nice. Rooms were mediocre.

No parking, closed pool, far from the city.
My husband and I stayed here for just one night with our two kids. First off - let's talk about the parking (or lack of parking). There is a teeny tiny (expensive) lot next door to the hotel which is shared by TWO hotels. It was filled every single time that we came back to the hotel. So, the response of the front desk was to give us a map of parking locations and tell us that we can park on the street and come out every two hours to put money in the meter. Seriously?? My husband ended up walking 1 mile to park his car down a road without sidewalks in the pitch black. BIG negative!! Also, of course the night we went, the pool was closed for maintenance. The front desk said to go across the street to the other hotel to swim there. Great - but not so great when you have to walk across the street in your bathing suit in the snow and freezing cold. The room was nice, but the huge windows in the bedroom made the room very cold and we could hear every person, car, and plane outside our window. Finally, this place is literally in the middle of nowhere. Unless you're doing something at the Convention Center across the street, you cannot walk into Boston from this location - especially with two little kids. Literally, the only positive thing at the hotel was the breakfast. Free breakfast buffet in the morning with relatively good food. Overall though, we would definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone!

late check-in ruined bachelorette dinner
I actually did not enjoy my time at the hotel. I requested an early check in a few days before my check-in. I was told to call the day of. When I called we were told there were no early checks in, which I understand is just a request. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 am and were told that our two rooms, were supposed to be ready at 3:00, which is listed as your check in time. At 3:00, I went back to the front desk to check-in and neither of our rooms were ready. I asked if there was any way to get us into a room and the man at the front gave us a different room that would not be next to the other room. We then went into our room to get ready to go out. We did not get the second room until after 4:30, which is unacceptable when you list 3:00 as the check-in time. Because of this, 8 girls had to get ready in one room; which we were not prepared to do and considering we did not get in the room until after 3:15 was a very difficult task. We missed our 4:45 water taxi; therefore, missing our 5:00 dinner reservation. The restaurant did not hold our reservation and we had to find another restaurant, which is a daunting task on a Friday night in Boston with 10 girls. We came to Boston for my sister’s bachelorette party from New Jersey and this check-in process let to our dinner being ruined. Your hotel is not a cheap hotel, and I expected better service. I would not recommend your hotel to others.
