Excellent receptionist
When I arrived around 1.30 PM on 1 st April they checked in without any hassle. The room in the 3 rd floor was given ; when I saw and found that there was no ventilation, immediately I called the reception. One Mr Kho ( sorry for my pronunciation) came and changed my room to 5 th floor which was very comfortable. He helped me arrange for a cab the next day and very helpful and friendly guy . This hotel is next to the river and a happening place close to important places with good connectivity. Definitely will stay there on my next visit in the coming September

Right near the river front. Close to the entertainment district. Good Staff. Clean rooms. Good value for the money. HOWEVER, the soap and shampoo provided were sub standard. You need to buy your own products. Breakfast as good.

Perfect location!
Location is perfect. Couldn't ask for better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room overall was clean and comfortable, though a little dated, with a bit of wear. Shower could have been cleaner, but much of that is due to local construction materials. I did have to ask to change rooms, as the 1st bed was horrible. It was like they were just using a box spring.
