Not worth your time or money.
Overall disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The food was mediocre at best. Restaurant reservations were limited and hard to get. My sister slept on the balcony the second night due to the room smelling of mold. We were having a family wedding next door. Many of the wedding guests booked rooms here. I asked about having my adult kids visit. They were not welcome on the property to visit. I’ve been loyal to Hilton a long time. I think it’s time for a change.

Awesome hotel 10 mins from the romantic zone
The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We don’t normally stay in this part of town but we couldn’t be happier. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent and the water was crystal clear. The only thing I would ask is for them to have more beach chairs

The Stay was wonderful. Beautiful Beach area, and super clean. Food was good and had many options. We did not have our room serviced, so I can't comment on that. Overall the hotel was in a nice area, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great during Christmas.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The room Service was wonderful. We had clean towels , water and coffee replacements daily. The atmosphere was family friendly and the entertainment was wonderful. So Many food choices and things to do. I would recommend the Hilton to friends and family.

The staff were amazing, the place itself is ok, they didn't have enough restaurants and for Dinner there wasn't an option of a buffet in case that you didn't/couldn't get into one of the restaurants which happened a few times. Our room smelled like mold and our suitcases and clothes smelled too, I have been washing everything but is quite hard to remove the moldy smell, I don't know why we didn't asked for a different room. One thing to note is that the beaches in Mexico now are public property so, we got dogs on the beach which I guess that's ok but we also got a few local people disguised as guests too and I heard that some people got their stuff stolen at the beach. The hotel never told us to keep and eye on our belongings as random people could get in (just the beach, the pool and other hotel areas are private property) or have some kind of security looking over the guests which I found unacceptable. I personally saw a guy that was either high or drunk (my guest is high) that some of the staff were trying to make him leave the beach as he was using a hotel lounger and he didn't because, like I mentioned before the beaches are public areas and they couldn't do anything about it other than get him off the lounger. The guy stayed there and so did I, I made sure to point at him while telling every guest to keep an eye on the guy as he wasn't a guest but, to my surprise somebody from the hotel came out and started talking to the guy like they were pals (which they were)
