During a 5 day stay only say front desk staff during check in. No one ever available to address concerns.

We were very impressed and minds at ease with the cleanliness and covid precautions taken upon arrival and the entire time of our stay. Made us feel safe because if that and security officers at the entrance to the facility. Love the amenities and the romantic dinner offered was amazing.

My wife and I are super fans of this location. We started staying her 6 years ago and love the location and the amenities. The servers are awsome Jose at breakfast and Alberto serving cocktails by the pool. There are a few things I was displeased with at this visit. I found out locals can buy day passes to use the pool and restrooms, however some of the groups that entered the area were quite large and the kids were not really supervised.
