Much Like A Cruise On A Stately Ship 100 years Ago
Mizpah Hotel must sit in the beam of a positive energy vortex because it emanates a feeling of goodwill among both guests and staff there. Hanging out in the saloon lounge in the evenings has a feeling akin to what it must have been like to relax on an ocean liner cruise 100 years ago. The place almost magically attracts the sort of people one can really enjoy conversing with whether they be locals or fellow travelers passing through. The drinks were excellent, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was excellent. The room was comfortable and gave the vibe of hundreds of great stories from the wild west mining days just waiting to be uncovered. We didn't meet the famous Lady in Red ghost on this trip but hope to see her the next time. This is where we would stay again. BTW, they have a great new hotel manager there who really makes everyone feel at home. Kudos Mizpah Hotel!
