next door to a ski resort and ski school....amazing views from the window...a few options for vegetarians...2 hr drive from prague city centre...great 2 night stay.....poor wifi as it was really busy hotel and far from the mast but better wifi late at night and early morning..

Schöner Winterurlaub außerhalb des Hotels
Das Zimmer war am ersten Tag ungeheizt (17°C) und wurde erst nach vielen mühsamen Beschwerden zur Heizung repariert. Die Betten sind abgewirtschaftet und durchgelegen. Der Fernseher war kleiner als der Laptopmonitor und zeigte 1 Programm in deutsch. Das Zimmer wurde in 1 Woche 2 mal gereinigt! Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, aber Augen nicht so weit aufmachen. Man sollte nicht zu spät Essen gehen, da ab 19:30 keine Tische mehr abgeräumt werden und zum Frühstück ab 9:15 keine Brötchen mehr da sind. Die Getränke erhält man meist kurz vor dem Ende seines Essens. Wir waren schon 4 mal hier und sind entsetzt, wie sehr sich das Hotel verschlechtert hat. Es wird teurer, aber der Komfort verbessert sich nicht. Nun waren wir ein letztes Mal da. Schade, denn der Zugang zu den Pisten ist super!

Katastrophe
Absolute Katastrophe ! Ich bin seit 20 Jahren beruflich in ganz Europa unterwegs. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Einzige was im ganzen Haus gut war, war das Personal in der Bar. Alles andere kann man Urlaubern in der heutigen Zeit noch mehr zumuten. Alles aufzuzählen was man nicht akzeptieren kann wäre sehr mühsam.

Ohne Worte - einfach furchtbar!
Ich dachte nicht das das Hotel tatsächlich so schlecht sein kann wie es manche Leute beschrieben haben. Aber es kann! Schon an der Rezeption wurden wir mehr als unfreundlich und unflexibel begrüßt. Das Zimmer war furchtbar, teilweise noch nicht gesäubert und das Bett hätte vermutlich keine Nacht mehr gehalten. Zum Glück konnten wir nochmal tauschen. Das Essen abends war halbwegs ok. Der Service allerdings durchweg nicht vorhanden. Es wird nichts abgeräumt. Außer das Buffett pünktlich mit der Minute der Schließzeit. Das Essen ist ständig alle, wird nur sehr spartanisch nachgelegt. Geschirr muss man sich irgendwie irgendwo zusammensuchen. Der Gipfel ist aber das Frühstück. Hier fehlt es an allem. Brötchen, Butter, Joghurt sind ständig alle. Das einzige Obst ist Ananas aus der Dose. Kaffee aus dem Automaten zwar möglich, aber wie gesagt oft keine Tassen oder Gläser dafür vorhanden. Am Neujahrstag wurde das Buffett wie üblich pünktlich 9:30 geräumt. Tische dagegen wurden fast nie abgeräumt. Hier musste man sich als Gast selbst behelfen. Im gesamten Gebäude entdeckt man lose Deckenteile, teilweise auch abgestürzt, welche aber auch nach Stunden nicht beräumt werden. Einzige Pluspunkte sind die gute Lage am Skihang, ein Verleih direkt im Hotel, die Bowlingbahn und die Bar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier in keiner Weise. Niemals ist dies ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Nicht einen dürfte es dafür geben. Ich würde das Hotel niemals jemanden empfehlen!

Špinavý zanedbaný hotel
Hotel je na hranici životnosti, na mnoha místech zatékalo, teplá voda někdy ano, někdy ne. Zanedbaný úklid a údržba. Jídlo podprůměrné, ale stále ještě akceptovatelné. Výborná poloha pro sjezdové i běžecké lyžování, dobrá dostupnost autem i v zimě.
