Room 8 has a view of the Lagoon but was very very small. Bathroom was tiny and no room to your toiletries. The rooms without the lagoon view is much larger.

Location was good but it didn’t look like a hotel but a converted building with a cargo-like elevator. The reception is on the third floor and the lock off the door on the fourth floor by 9 pm so if you come in after that time, you have to take the elevator to the third floor, go past reception and take the stairs up to the fourth floor. Pain in the ass. When you leave or come back at night, the lights are all off in the main hall by the elevator so either you have to find the switch or use your phone to see where you are going. The actual room is not bad but the setup is a bit crazy. I wouldn’t say I would stay again

Modern small town hotel. Ok for the price.
Loved the option of individually controlled room temperature, including heat at this time of year. Wifi was amazing. But I got bit by tiny spider that I saw this mex morning. The plug on the bathroom drain did not open well. Single room was quite small, but adequate.

Chic hotel in a really convenient location, near to the station but within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Excellent service, good breakfast- a lovely place to base a trip to Florence.
