Citystate Tower Hotel

Airconditioning unit was old so do expect that you will be sleeping with sweat esp. during summer nights. Towels were old. Luggages in the reception area were an eyesore. Half of the bldg. is also a casino. So, if you're a non smoker better find another hotel. In all fairness, the breakfast food was good although they don't serve hot chocolate in the buffet.

Good breakfast very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms very dated aircon working but stuck on 1 setting. Still enjoyable stay

Property location good. Rooms are out dated and still had the dirty floor towel for use in the bathroom. No spare toilet roll provided and we ran out. Air con very noisy.

Great location close to mall, food and entertainment. Accommodating nice smiling efficient staff. Free breakfast average. Facility aging but very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast is ok, not that much to choose from. On parking, they don't have parking space in the bldg but have parking arrangement few blocks from the hotel and you can avail of their valet but we have to look for where the car was parked afterwards as it was not in the location they indicated.

The property was in a good location. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Mediocre, dated hotel. It's cheap and definitely good value for the money, but when my stay in Manila got extended, we chose to move to another facility rather than extend here. Small rooms, tiny tv. Nice big shower, grey linens.

Parking was a pronlen from the very start, i.e., upon arrival. Manager was very accommodating, just like the ftont desk staffs. The manager accompanied me to the parking lot - at the cherry blossoms - since i misplaced my valet parking stub. When we got back to citystate, i took my other car key back. Later did i notice that the house key attached to it was already torn to half. Whew! Otherwise, the rest was good

Dirty hotel with tiny grotty rooms. Nothing like the picture shown by expedia. Breakfast was terrible. Dining room too small for the number of guests. Had to ask for a clean knife and fork or for a cup to get some coffee, no toaster. Chef tried to pan fry some bread for me whilst my eggs were going cold. Told him not to worry. Last time i use Expedia !
