Beautiful hotel in a great location
The best part about my stay was the customer service. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, likely an old home turned hotel. My room was lovely and clean. The down sides were that I stayed on a Saturday night and there was a party (?) in the hotel, and since my room’s door opened to the lobby, the sound carried and was very loud until about 2am. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay and plans to go out and will come back late to sleep on a weekend. Or I imagine there won’t be noise during the week. The location is perfect. In front of a beautiful park and church and walking distance to the center plaza.

The location is great, right in front of Jardin San Marcos, although at night during the weekends, you can hear all the nightclub music from around the building. It is loud. The hotel is beautiful situated in an old colonial house, but the upkeep of my room could was not what I expected. Some of the paint was peeling and the shower faucet was falling off, and I barely had any hot water.

The place is nice with excellent location. But, it is not the quality on service or cleanliness expected for boutique hotel. The stairs to the second floor looked that was not vacuumed in a month and the toilet had the yellow stain of a toilet it has not been cleaned in weeks. I guess it can be much much better with just a little more of attention to detail. There patio in front of the eating area lacks love, there were a few old wood boxes in the middle of the plants. Plants looked to have the control. Breakfast was below standard, coffee was cold as well as the main plate: (eggs, beans and Sope). I guess this place have the potential to be a great destination but needs more attention.
