Unique experience! We loved this place.. stunning view, super romantic, big hot tub, cozy and perfect for rainy days as well. Great room service, delicious food. We’ll definitely come back.

Wonderful vistas in a pristine environment. We stayed in the lodge and did find the noise from the surrounding rooms was quite easy to hear but thankfully the guests were considerate when bedtime came. I think I would choose the separate cabin next time.

We picked this place for the pool but it wasn’t heated. When I raised this with the front desk they said it was a Covid issue, but that didn’t make sense to me because other hotels I’ve stayed at in BC this summer have had heated pools. The walls were very thin. I would not stay in a room again but perhaps the cabins and yurts are better.

1.Got checked in an hour later than regular check time at 4pm due to room not being ready. 2.got checked into the 1 king bed instead 2 queen bed that we requested/booked for. 3.when i brought it up to the front desk clerk, she seemed very confused and called another seemed " upper management" woman and she said "this is what we got requested for from expedia so..." when I didn't even book through expedia. 4.Switched the hotel room and key with another customer that was checking in right at the spot. 5.Found a dirty used towel behind the couch right after we got checked in. 6. no toiler paper was provided. 7. I asked the front desk employee who checked me in if that room was ready to take the new guest in and he answered with "uhh...i think so? " I was very excited to book this resort for my mom's birthday but i do not want to recommend or book this place ever again. One of the worst customer service experience i've ever experienced. Great location but overall experience with checking in and how 3 other employees handled the situation after were very disappointing. I'm not so sure if our room was just simply not ready to check the guest in after 4 or their overall cleanliness is not up to standard at all. disappointing and not worth it.
