Premier Room High Floor - amazing !!
Room was amazing, room 711 corner room with views over Bryant Park, 2 seater sofa and double shower. Location amazing, 10 mins walk to Empire State, 10 mins to Times Square, 5 mins to Grand Central Station, and multiple entrances to Bryant Park metro station. Service amazing, came in one day to a card and a bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday which was a nice touch. Rooms cleaned every day and when we reported the seal on the shower door had come off, it was fixed by the time we came back later in the afternoon. And we got a free late checkout to 2pm. Would definitely be staying here again on our next NYC trip. Highly recommended.
