Weekend away
We really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable, we were ground floor, room 10, bed was really comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Canal. Breakfast in the morning was also really nice, plenty on offer. The dining room is pretty with a chandelier in the middle It’s continental style but we knew that and it was no problem, my partner particularly liked the croissants with the variety of accompaniments on offer. Great location for exploring Bruges, maybe a 10 minute walk into the main square. Close to bars and restaurants and we were given a recommendation from reception for our first evening, so found that really helpful. I would definitely go back, it ticked our boxes!

Classy hotel in central location
Very nice hotel and service. Location was fantastic, nice facilities. Only two things weren't so good: 1. next door's shower shower made a terrible whining sound which filled the room. 2. The boiled egg at breakfast was semi-raw (the white not the yolk).

We're not ones to complain but it felt like the price did not match what you pay for... the room was very cold until we mentioned on reception the heating is not working. There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room as described and most importantly we were not made aware we had to pre book parking which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Felt overpriced for what you got. Would not recommended not visit again.

Delightful, modernised & peaceful near busy centre
Lovely quite location, just outside busy centre. Modern, clean and friendly. Nice list of recommended local restaurants, although be careful as many close on Monday/Tuesday. Best to book restaurants as very busy.
