Our experience at the hotel was nice. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious and so many options to choose from. Our breakfast was included. I think that the waiting area in the reception could use an update. The lamps, sofas decorations were probably nice and new like 80 yrs ago. Maybe needs to be more inviting! My 20 yr old daughter walked every day to the gym, market, and plazas/parks without any issues. Overall was very nice.

Great location, older hotel but had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and so is the dessert crepes. Breathtaking views of 3 volcanoes from the roof top patio. Housekeeping is great, hot water and tons of toiletries.
