Breakfast great. Room had a huge structural column right in the middle of the room. Not good. Had to move as it was annoying. Staff considerate. But were slow to act. Took me over 30 mins to check in. I was the only one to check in

Bad experience
The stay was a bad experience. First, the soundproof is so bad, we can hear people who knock or talk outside the room, even the tv playing next door. Secondly, on the second night of our stay, there's someone keep knocking on our door for like 10 minutes. We called the front desk and they said it is the security and keepers who stayed next to our room, they then said we are making noise, but we were only blowdrying our hair. They kept knocking on our door again after they promised us to let us finish our blow-dry. Thirdly, there's one morning around 9am, there was keeper knocking on our door, we said we were still sleeping and asked her to leave, what happened next was that she open the door by herself and turn on the "no disturb" sign, that was not what we expected and totally shocked us.These experiences make us feel so uncomfortable and scared during our stay in this hotels.

Liked: The service at the front desk. Nina was most especially helpful. The following morning, same level of excellent service from the front desk (i can;t remember the guys name). Their goal is to listen first. Location was great. Easy access to sights and transportation choices. Disliked: Desk in the room had sticky bottle marks (from a soda). This was the only cleanliness issue we experienced, but annoying enough since room has limited space to set our things on.
