My family and I stayed at the Hyatt for 3 nights during Easter weekend. It was a busy place! Pros: spacious room, parking was easy (although the spaces were tight), pool and gym were open, the to-go breakfast was varied and plentiful. Good location - very easy walk into downtown. Nice room and bathroom. Cons: They are using Covid as a reason for skipping daily room cleaning (they'll do it every 3 days) but because of this, we had to request to have our trash removed and had to call TWICE before our toilet paper was replenished. We felt that for the price, these should be automatically done. We were also disappointed that we were unable to access the rooftop deck without reservations. It was entirely closed one day of our stay for a private event. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the rooftop - which we didn't even get to use.

Hidden fees + far from downtown
It was a good stay but it’s not too close to downtown if you want to walk there & to walk back. There are hidden fees so be aware of that and the cleanliness is important especially through out this pandemic, which was not that clean. We saw other people’s hair in the bathroom before going.

The hotel itself was very nice. Super clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was great for pricing. No complaints there. Downsides: After a long drive they told us we could not check-in at our time because they had no rooms clean. We had to wait over 3 hours to get in our room. This was a bit frustrating as we were already tired from the drive. There was no accommodations offered for the delay. No free parking was offered and it was $16 a night to park in the hotel parking. Little wild since you’re paying to stay there. I feel like the frustration of both these things could of been easily avoided if the hotel provided a heads up.
