Poor
Near the end of when they were open and most staff couldn't care less about what was happening.

Very good
It was ok, although the staff at the desk were rude.

Very good
Hotel was close to everything (city, airport, bondi, shops), the room was quite basic but had everything I needed! Was also upgraded which made the stay a lot nicer! Sadly it is closing otherwise I would stay again on my next trip!

Good
Basic and no air con
Basic to say the least Tool a long time for checking in
au2 night family trip
Very good
For what I paid and convenience to destination it was ok. The check in staff need to learn about customer service and talking to customer even if it’s just a polite smile and mindless how are you etc. no directions apart from you are on this floor. Towels and other dirty linen sitting on the floor outside the rooms rubbish on the floors. It was basic accomodation bed and bathroom so suited my purpose for a one night stay. If I was staying longer would go elsewhere.

Very good
central location in a lovely leafy suburb, easy access to beaches

Very good
Staff very helpful. Calm and welcoming atmosphere. Ceiling fans were provided and there was access to communal balcony for fresh coastal breeze. Bus stops near by and short walk to Randwick shopping centre. Close to Coogee beach, for patrolled swimming. However, the small bar fridge was overflowing and defrosting in the kitchenette.

Very good
We were on the 4th floor. Floor balcony great views of Randwick racecourse and city.Bus stop out the front. Basic room, fine if out during the day.

Fair
If you’re looking for good accommodation for a good price, then this is the place. The rooms are not luxury but are clean and reasonably comfortable. My overall stay was disappointing, the shower broke and it took 3 days for somebody to come and fix the 5 minute job! But other than the shower, the stay was good.

The hotel staff was very unhelpful and rude and the shared kitchen was terrible and no access via evaluator from car park to your room to take stuff.
