The Pullman is generally comfortable but feels a little unloved in places. However, the stay was not without issues. The first room we were allocated had not been vacated, which was a little embarrassing. The other minor niggle was the fact the sliding door to the bathroom wouldn't fully close. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and despite the size of the hotel, it was almost silent overnight which made for a good sleep.
